Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how paid memberships work on HappyJack Club.

By purchasing a paid membership, you agree to these Subscription Terms alongside our:

HappyJack Club currently offers the following paid memberships:

Monthly Membership

• —£19.99 per month
• —Billed every month.
• —Automatically renews until cancelled.

Annual Membership

• —£199 per year
• —Billed annually.
• —Automatically renews each year until cancelled.

Choosing an annual membership saves money compared with paying monthly.

Free Memberships

Some membership categories may be offered free of charge.

Where a free membership is available, access remains subject to the HappyJack Club Membership Agreement and approval process.

HappyJack Club reserves the right to change or withdraw free membership options in the future.

Purchasing a subscription does not automatically guarantee membership.

Applications are reviewed before access is granted.

Where payment is required:

• —If approved, you will receive a secure payment invitation.
• —Your membership becomes active only after successful payment.

HappyJack Club reserves the right to decline an application before payment.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

HappyJack Club does not store your payment card details.

Your payment information is managed securely by Stripe in accordance with their own privacy and security standards.

Monthly memberships renew every month.

Annual memberships renew every year.

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically.

You authorise HappyJack Club and Stripe to collect recurring payments until your subscription is cancelled.

If a payment cannot be collected:

• —Your membership may be temporarily restricted.
• —You may receive reminders requesting updated payment details.

If payment is not successfully collected within a reasonable period:

• —your subscription may be cancelled
• —access to member-only features may be suspended
• —your public profile may be hidden until payment is resolved

Your account data will normally remain stored in case you reactivate your membership.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.

Your membership will normally remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

No further payments will be taken unless you choose to renew.

Membership fees are generally non-refundable.

This includes:

Refunds may be considered where required by law or where HappyJack Club determines that exceptional circumstances apply.

Nothing within these Subscription Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

HappyJack Club may change subscription prices from time to time.

Where a price increase affects an existing subscriber, reasonable notice will be provided before the new pricing takes effect.

You will always have the opportunity to cancel before the new subscription price is charged.

From time to time HappyJack Club may offer:

Unless stated otherwise, promotional pricing applies only for the advertised promotional period.

Standard pricing will apply thereafter.

An active subscription may include access to features such as:

• —Comments
• —Community features
• —Exclusive content
• —Future member events
• —New platform features

Membership benefits may evolve as HappyJack Club develops.

If your account is suspended for breaching the Membership Agreement or Platform Rules:

• —Subscription payments may continue unless cancelled.
• —Suspension does not automatically cancel your subscription.

It remains your responsibility to cancel recurring payments where appropriate.

HappyJack Club reserves the right to terminate memberships where a serious breach of our policies has occurred.

Termination for misconduct does not normally entitle the member to a refund.

Subscription prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Where VAT becomes applicable, it will be shown clearly before payment is taken.

Payments are processed using secure encrypted payment systems.

HappyJack Club never stores full payment card information.

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time.

Where changes materially affect subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice before they take effect.

The latest version will always be available within the HappyJack Club Trust Centre.
