Reporting & Moderation Policy
How reports are handled and how moderation decisions are made within HappyJack Club.
Our Commitment
HappyJack Club is built around professionalism, creativity and mutual respect.
Most members will never need to report another member.
However, where behaviour falls below the standards expected within our community, we provide tools to report concerns quickly and confidentially.
This policy explains how reports are handled and how moderation decisions are made.

Before Reporting
We encourage members to report genuine concerns.
Please do not use the reporting system simply because:

- —You received constructive criticism.
False or malicious reports may themselves breach our Platform Rules.
How To Report
Reports can be submitted directly from:

When submitting a report, members should provide:
- —The reason for the report.
- —Any additional information that may help.
- —Supporting evidence where appropriate.
Reports are treated confidentially.
What Happens Next
Once a report is received:
- —The report is logged.
- —A moderator reviews the available information.
- —Further context may be reviewed where necessary.
- —A decision is made.
- —Appropriate action is taken where required.
Not every report results in moderation action.

Blocking Members
Members are encouraged to use the block feature where they no longer wish to communicate with another member.

Blocking does not automatically generate a moderation report.
Privacy
Reports remain confidential.
HappyJack Club will not normally disclose:
- —Who submitted a report.
- —Internal moderation discussions.
- —Private moderation notes.
Where legally required, information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities.
Appeals
If moderation action has been taken against your account, you may appeal.
Appeals should explain:
- —Why you believe the decision was incorrect.
- —Any additional evidence.
- —Any relevant context.
Appeals are reviewed independently where possible.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that a decision will be changed.
Repeated Reports
Members who repeatedly receive reports may be subject to additional monitoring.
This does not automatically imply wrongdoing.
Patterns of behaviour may be considered when reviewing future reports.
Misuse Of The Reporting System
Members must not:
- —Submit false reports.
- —Harass others through repeated reporting.

Misuse of the reporting system may itself result in moderation action.

- —Moderator notes.
- —Warning history.

HappyJack Club will always seek to balance community safety with fairness to individual members.
