Every photograph, portfolio, artwork, video and piece of creative content uploaded to the platform belongs to someone.

This policy explains who owns content uploaded to HappyJack Club, how it may be used and the responsibilities of every member.

By uploading content to HappyJack Club, you agree to this policy.

You always retain ownership of the content you create.

Uploading your work to HappyJack Club does not transfer ownership to us.

HappyJack Club does not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

When you upload content, you grant HappyJack Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

• —Optimise images for different devices.
• —Create thumbnails.
• —Cache content for performance.
• —Promote your profile within HappyJack Club.
• —Include your content in search results within the platform.
• —Display content in member directories and profile pages.

This licence exists solely to operate and improve the HappyJack Club platform.

HappyJack Club will not use your portfolio images in external marketing, advertising or promotional campaigns without your permission.

If we would like to feature your work on:

• —Social media
• —Newsletters
• —Advertisements
• —Website banners
• —Press releases
• —Marketing campaigns

You may only upload content that:

• —You created yourself, or
• —You have permission to publish.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions before uploading content.

Members must not upload:

• —Copyrighted material belonging to someone else.
• —Images without permission.
• —Watermarked images belonging to others.
• —Stock images falsely presented as your own work.
• —Fake portfolios.
• —AI-generated work presented as another person's photography.
• —Illegal content.
• —Malicious files.
• —Fraudulent content.
• —Defamatory material.

If your work contains another identifiable person, you are responsible for ensuring you have any permissions or model releases required for your intended use.

HappyJack Club does not verify model releases.

Where appropriate, we encourage members to credit collaborators including:

• —Models
• —Makeup Artists
• —Hair Stylists
• —Stylists
• —Retouchers
• —Designers

If you believe someone has uploaded content that belongs to you, please contact us.

Your report should include:

• —Your contact details.
• —Identification of the copyrighted work.
• —The location of the infringing content.
• —Evidence of ownership.
• —A statement confirming your claim.

Members who repeatedly upload copyrighted material without permission may have their accounts:

• —Restricted
• —Suspended
• —Permanently removed

You may delete content you have uploaded at any time.

When content is removed:

• —It will no longer appear publicly.
• —Cached copies may remain temporarily.
• —Backup copies may exist for security purposes.
• —Certain content may be retained where legally required.

Content uploaded to your public profile may be viewed by:

• —Visitors where applicable
• —Search engines where enabled

Members must not upload AI-generated content that intentionally misrepresents:

• —Another person's work.
• —Another photographer.
• —Another member.
• —Real commercial projects that never existed.

Members retain ownership of comments they write.

However, comments may be removed where they breach:

• —Community Guidelines
• —Applicable laws

HappyJack Club may remove content that:

• —Breaches copyright.
• —Breaches the law.
• —Breaches Platform Rules.
• —Is misleading.
• —Is abusive.
• —Damages the community.

You remain legally responsible for everything you upload.

This includes ensuring:

• —Accuracy.
• —Lawfulness.
• —Ownership.
• —Appropriate permissions.

The HappyJack Club name, logo, website design, branding, software and original written content remain the intellectual property of HappyJack Club.

Members may not reproduce or commercially exploit HappyJack Club branding without permission.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.

HappyJack Club is not responsible for the content, copyright or practices of third-party sites.

We may update this policy from time to time.

Where significant changes are made, members will be notified through:
