Failure to do so may result in warnings, suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

HappyJack Club is a private membership platform where creative professionals can:

Members remain entirely responsible for any work, agreements or collaborations arranged independently.

Members are expected to treat one another with courtesy and professionalism at all times.

You must not use HappyJack Club to:

• —Harass another member
• —Threaten another member
• —Intimidate another member
• —Bully another member
• —Discriminate against anyone
• —Spread hate speech
• —Encourage violence
• —Commit fraud
• —Impersonate another person
• —Mislead other members
• —Misrepresent your experience
• —Create fake accounts
• —Upload false portfolios
• —Circumvent membership restrictions
• —Attempt to access another person's account

Private messaging exists to encourage professional conversations.

Messaging must never be used to:

• —Send abusive messages
• —Send unsolicited spam
• —Harass members
• —Pressure members
• —Send scams
• —Send phishing links
• —Send malicious files
• —Repeatedly contact someone after being asked to stop

Members are expected to respect personal boundaries.

If another member no longer wishes to communicate, you must stop contacting them.

HappyJack Club has zero tolerance for:

• —Harassment
• —Stalking
• —Bullying
• —Sexual harassment
• —Racism
• —Sexism
• —Homophobia
• —Transphobia
• —Hate speech
• —Threatening behaviour
• —Intimidation

Any serious breach may result in immediate account suspension.

Members should always behave professionally.

Please:

• —Honour agreed commitments.
• —Communicate clearly.
• —Be honest about your experience.
• —Arrive on time.
• —Respect other people's work.
• —Credit collaborators appropriately.

HappyJack Club exists to promote professionalism throughout the creative industry.

Members may upload content they own or have permission to use.

You must not upload:

• —Copyrighted work you do not own.
• —Images without permission.
• —AI-generated work presented as someone else's photography.
• —Offensive material.
• —Violent imagery.
• —Graphic content.
• —Illegal material.
• —Malware.
• —Fraudulent content.

HappyJack Club reserves the right to remove any content which may damage the community.

You remain the owner of everything you upload.

However, by uploading content you confirm:

• —You own it, or
• —You have permission to publish it.

If another person claims ownership of your content, HappyJack Club may temporarily remove it while the matter is investigated.

HappyJack Club is a professional creative platform.

Content should remain appropriate for a professional audience.

Members must not upload:

• —Pornographic material
• —Explicit sexual content
• —Exploitative imagery
• —Illegal adult material

Artistic or editorial work containing tasteful nudity may be permitted where it is lawful, professionally presented and complies with our Community Guidelines.

HappyJack Club reserves the right to determine whether content is appropriate.

Members must not:

• —Send mass messages.
• —Promote unrelated businesses.
• —Post repetitive content.
• —Flood comments.
• —Manipulate engagement.
• —Use automated bots.
• —Harvest member information.

Each individual may maintain only one personal membership account unless expressly authorised.

Accounts created to:

• —Avoid suspension
• —Manipulate engagement
• —Mislead members
• —Create fake reviews

may be permanently removed.

Members are responsible for protecting their account.

You must:

• —Keep your password secure.
• —Notify us if your account is compromised.
• —Log out of shared devices.

You remain responsible for activity carried out using your account.

Members must not:

• —Attempt payment fraud.
• —Reverse legitimate payments without reason.
• —Abuse free trials.
• —Circumvent subscription requirements.

Fraudulent activity will normally result in permanent removal.

Comments should contribute positively.

Do not post:

• —Abuse
• —Personal attacks
• —Offensive remarks
• —Defamation
• —Spam
• —Misleading information

Healthy, respectful discussion is encouraged.

Appreciations should reflect genuine appreciation of another member's work.

Members must not artificially inflate engagement through:

• —Multiple accounts
• —Automated systems
• —Engagement exchanges

Members should report behaviour that breaches these rules.

Reports should be genuine.

False or malicious reports may themselves breach these Platform Rules.

HappyJack Club does not arrange meetings between members.

If you choose to:

• —Collaborate
• —Work together
• —Attend a shoot

you do so entirely at your own risk.

Members are encouraged to:

• —Meet in public initially.
• —Inform someone where they are going.
• —Verify identities where appropriate.
• —Trust their instincts.

HappyJack Club must never be used to facilitate:

• —Criminal activity
• —Fraud
• —Money laundering
• —Exploitation
• —Human trafficking
• —Illegal employment
• —Copyright infringement
• —Distribution of illegal material

We may cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

Where these Platform Rules are breached, HappyJack Club may:

• —Issue a warning.
• —Remove content.
• —Remove comments.
• —Disable messaging.
• —Restrict profile visibility.
• —Suspend an account.
• —Permanently remove a member.
• —Report unlawful activity.

Serious breaches may result in immediate suspension without prior warning.

If you believe action has been taken incorrectly, you may contact the HappyJack Club Membership Team.

Each appeal will be reviewed fairly.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.

These Platform Rules may change as HappyJack Club develops.

Where significant updates are made, members will be notified before continuing to use the platform.
